I offer taster sessions purely because it is an intricate and complex subject to explain on a website without sounding too out there ! In fact the sessions are very grounding and you are brought back into balance, having released and cleared programmes that no longer serve you or anyone in your life. I myself had very deeply embedded addiction programmes which stopped me from becoming the truth of myself. I was using those addictions to stop myself from really living, they were weapons I used to keep my self esteem and self worth at rock bottom.
